2008 Bugatti Veyron sells at Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale 2014 

 

The Simon Cowell owned much-hyped 2008 Black on Black Bugatti Veyron with a total of 1,300 miles did indeed sell  this year in Scottsdale. In my opinion for a lot less than expected. The winiing bid of $1.25 Million was nothing to sneer at by no means. I figured a car in this condition, this rare especially with the prestigious title of being the fastest car in the world! I personally had it going closer to $5 Million or so, but what do I know. Overall the auction was excited and fun to watch. The sheer automotive knowledge the announcers posses and can spew out almost instantly is incredible. So at any rate take a look at the auction above (click the play button on the video) and if nothing else get to witness someone spend over a million dollars in a single purchase!
