2016 Cadillac Escalade Platinum 4WD SUV - 4TH Generation On Top

The question...

Should I drop close to $100,000 on an SUV? I mean yes I do like being top-dog and its no better way of showing it than moving around town in a 6.2 Liter V8 with a bonafide 2016 Cadillac emblem firmly affixed to the front (see photo). Actually all you really need is more like $95,000 to legally leave the lot with it hassle-free.
The real question is are we simply using this machine to simply move from point A to point B? Or do we make a statement just being behind he wheel? Does the Escalade hint at how we actually live, eat, dress? Is this “Sport Utility Vehicle An obvious statement?...one that clearly shows to what degree a life is being lived? After all this is Cadillac...an Escalade.
Since its introduction in 1999 the Cadillac Escalade has pretty much had the full-size luxury SUV market-segment on literal lock down. At least here in America its hard to mention the Luxury SUV in anyway and leave out the Escalade. The same exact way the Coupe DeVille & Fleetwood Brougham can onto the automotive scene...and took over. I mean yeah we all knew the 1st generation Escalade was little more than an undercover Denali. But it was that 2nd generation Escalade that brought about a change in the Sport Utility Market, indefinitely. The second generation is when many would say is when it became a household name.
So simply put the answer is yes (as I do want to leave the lot hassle-free with no Police involvement) since I do in fact have a statement to make as opposed to simply moving from point A to point B. Since as an upscale American I would like to leave an indelible impression each and every time I choose to move about. And the only way to successfully do that at least here in America is in an full-size luxury SUV, a 2016 Cadillac Escalade Platinum 4WD SUV.
