Next Generation Escalade - Introducing The 2015 Cadillac Escalalde...Platinum Edition

Cadillac

Cadillac the company was firmly established on 22 August 1902, the company was named after French explorer  Antoine Laumet de La Mothe, sieur de Cadillac, The founder of the modern day city of Detroit. Acquired shortly afterwards by industry leading automotive giant General Motors Cadillac immediately began to lay the foundation as well as set the standard  for mass production within the automotive industry. From the gate the Cadillac brand has simply relied on precision manufacturing coupled with full-size luxurious reliability to establish itself within the industry.

The fact of the matter...the truth about it...the bottom line in full-size luxurious transportation is that for than 100 years Cadillac has simply produced a better-made vehicle than its competitors.          Deemed the "next generation" Escalade the '15 Platinum edition is truly something special from Cadillac. A limited luxury one-of-a-kind SUV stuffed with eye-catching features and amenities all seamlessly merged perfectly into this unique one of a kind Cadillac design. The exterior has been completely redesigned to show a much more aggressive SUV to match the 460 lb Foot Pounds of Torque being dispersed. It also displays much sharper lines than before along with a much more handcrafted look on both the front and rear ends. The chrome is selectively displaced perfectly (as only Cadillac can). It was clear to all this was a new statement and it was being made in a Platinum way. Leadership and vision is nothing new at all to Cadillac. I remembered back when I personally watched Cadillac systematically etch out an entirely new class of vehicle, the SUV. And not only made the rest of us understand it...but also accept it.  I wondered in what direction this new futuristic Platinum Escalade would take us all in...only Cadillac knew.
So to write this article I got to meet one of these Platinum units in person. I've been on several Cadillac locations before. I always can feel the luxury rubbing up against me as I walked around the the showrooms keeping company with the new models. I moved around the showroom taking in the sedans as they sat silently in all of their Cadillac uniqueness...then I walked upon the Escalade, Platinum. This felt a little different, a little more futuristic...a little more 2015. Immediately I knew as it sat looking at me exuding the bygone days of De' Elegance. I knew the SUV would exude its star-power and possibly have a $90,000 Dollar attitude. I was right. The SUV insisted on being remaining right where it was...firmly entrenched in the future. So I knew if I wanted a story I would have to move away from today and go to 2015, it was not coming to 2014 it simply didn't fit in. The SUV was right I'd been to the future before and I knew how vastly different it was. Only  this time it was an issue of importance...this time time it was about luxury...Platinum luxury. So I conceded.
Once I arrived I took a few minutes and soaked in its luxurious futuristic appeal. Then slowly I began to pick it apart inside out. I needed to know what made the Platinum edition so special so I opened the door on the passengers side and noticed immediately how silently seamless the Hand-Sewn Leather and Selective Walnut came together on the inside to both wrap up the touch screen technology and driver control  gauges and provide passenger pleasure. I believe this was the first time I've ever physically observed comfort in its natural state. I stepped out  and closed the door and took a few steps back just to soak it all in from an overall perspective...A Cadillac perspective. So I let my eyes flow along the much sharper lines. I noticed as they met at exactly the right angles achieving the desired ergonomic aerodynamic balance on the outside. What impressed me the most was how it all sat comfortably atop these '22 Inch dish rims.
In conclusion I have to say this is a true "Sport Utility Vehicle" from every aspect. This is a Cadillac SUV its evident by the fresh wide open use of luxury in such a selective way while still respecting the overall "utility" aspect of the vehicle. The power the prestige all showed up successfully in the Platinum representation I saw here nothing new though...
Since 1902 I thought, Cadillac has been consistently coming to the forefront of the automotive industry with luxurious vehicles of this type which simply continue to set automotive standards while also commanding unmatched precedence in almost every aspect of transportation. I returned to the present not long ago with a whole new understanding of "Sport Utility Vehicle". I have firmly placed my stamp of approval...This is a true Cadillac...The 2015 Escalade Platinum

Pick One Up!
